While pending revision, the petitioner and the respondent entered into amicable settlement by way of a settlement deed dated 18.06.2025. According to the settlement, the entire cheque amount has been paid by the petitioner to the respondent. Both the petitioner and the respondent appeared before this Court and the respondent deposed that he has no objection to set aside the conviction imposed against the petitioner. 3.
