The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an application dated 22.08.2025 before the respondents, requesting them for issuance of Natham patta in respect of the subject property to the petitioner. However, the said application was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3. In reply, the learned counsel for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
