It appears from the order dated 20.12.2024 that a proclamation was issued against both the warrantees after recording that the warrant was executed. This is patently anomalous. The impugned order is, therefore, set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Judge, Special Court, ADJ 4th Court, Malda for passing an appropriate order in this regard in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.
