Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a daily waged agricultural coolie and has been suffering from Diabetes. He further submitted that due to his health complications, he is not able to travel to Thanjavur and sign before Thiruvaiyaru Police Station. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of condition No.4(iii) imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge in Crl.M.P.No.1381 of 2025. 3. It is seen that the petitioner was enlarged on anticipaotry bail for the offences alleged under sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNSS. In view of the above, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.
