Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondent No.1, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and perused the materials on record. 4. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the land bearing Survey No.7 measuring 4 acres situated at Chapparadahalli Village, Kundana Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. The said land has been acquired for the purpose of establishment of an industrial Layout pursuant to the preliminary notification followed by the final notification. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite the acquisition having attained finality, respondents have not disbursed the compensation amount in respect of the acquired land. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.01.2024 (Annexure-G) requesting the respondent-authorities to release the compensation. However, the said representation has not been considered - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46889 WP No. 33951 of 2025 till date, thereby compelling the petitioner to approach this Court seeking appropriate relief. 6. Learned counsel for respondent No.3-KIADB submits that the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2024 (Annexure-G) shall be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. 7. In view of the submission made, without expressing any opinion on the merits or demerits of the petitioner's claim, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary direction is issued to the respondents to consider the same and this Court pass the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is disposed of. ii) The respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2024 (Annexure-G) and to - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46889 WP No. 33951 of 2025 pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
