Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the house site comprised in Survey No.119/7, measuring 6.50 cents, situated at Kuppam Village, Thiruthani Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by virtue of a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.1102 of 1993, and was also issued Patta No.1388.
