Pati, Advocate For the Opposite Party(s) :Ms. Chandana Kumari, Advocate -------- Order No.02 /Dated: 5th June 2025 The petitioners apprehending their arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 506(3), 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail, in connection with Adityapur PS Case No. 112 of 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have not cheated any person nor dishonestly induced any person to deliver any property. He further submits that the informant has referred in the FIR regarding agreement, Development Agreement etc. and in this view of the matter, the case is purely a matter of civil dispute. He further submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as such, they may be granted anticipatory bail. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, I am inclined to enlarge 2025:JHHC:14706 2 the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saraikella, in connection with Adityapur PS Case No. 112 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
