1. Heard.
2. After arguing for sometime, learned senior counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant appeal, however, he prays that trial Court may be directed to conclude the trial of civil suit bearing Civil Suit No. A/12/2022 {Smt. 3. State counsel has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by the counsel for the appellant.
4. Having considered the aforesaid prayer made by the counsel for the appellant, this miscellaneous appeal is permitted to be withdrawn. It is
directed that concerned trial Court shall consider and decide the Civil Suit No. A/12/2022 {Smt. Sheelarani Arora Versus Pramod Kumar Agrawal & Others} as early as possible, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt/submission of copy of this order. It is further directed that both the parties shall cooperate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid civil suit.
5. It is observed that trial Court shall consider and decide the aforesaid civil suit on its own merits without being influenced by the impugned order dated 22.01.2025 (Annexure-H) passed by the trial Court.
6. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of. Sd/-
