JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 06-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. It transpires that a maarpit took place on account of quarrel which erupted between the parties over drainage of water in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Injured sustained simple injury. Petitioners have got clean Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90180 of 2024(2) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application. 5. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as nature of injury, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Dumariya Ghat P.S.
