Mr. Anup Rattan, Advocate General with Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C.Verma, Additional Advocate Generals and Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General for the respondent-State. Though, vide order dated 03.09.2025, this Court, having taken note of non-compliance of the judgment alleged to have been violated, had directed the respondents to come present in Court to explain that why appropriate action be not taken against them, but during the proceedings of the case, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, has placed on record communication dated 23.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of order dated 23.09.2025 passed by afore authority, to demonstrate that contract period as JBT in respect of Sh. Ramesh Chand Rana (Retired Principal) from 12.06.1997 to 20.04.1998 ( 9 months and 8 days) has been counted /added with his regular service as TGT/HM/Principal for the purpose of pension , subject to final outcome of any legal remedy, if any, exercised by the State. Having perused the aforesaid communications, which are taken on record, this Court finds that needful in terms of judgment alleged to have been violated has been done and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and accordingly same are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged. Respondents are directed to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks, failing which, respondents would further aggravate the contempt and petitioner is at liberty to get the present proceedings revived, so that appropriate action is taken against the erring officials.
