(Oral) The petitioners seek the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.43 dated 28.05.2025 under Sections 326, 190, 191(3), 333, 324 of BNS registered at Police Station Rawalpindi, Phagwara District Kapurthala. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 18.08.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation. The short reply dated 16.09.2025 filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 18.08.2025 and are not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 18.08.2025 is made absolute.
