The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the defacto complainant has sustained severe cut injuries on the head resulting in 11 stitches and this petitioner has attacked the defacto complainant in the drunken mood. 4. Considering the nature of the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
