Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 70 of 2024 arising out of Kunda P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 for the offences registered under Section 64 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4, 6 and 10 of the POCSO Act and cognizance has been taken under Sections 65(1) of B.N.S. and Section 5(n), 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Chatra. 3. On 17.08.2024 at about 1.30 pm, the informant returned after collecting firewood from a nearby forest. She saw that her niece was in unconscious position. When she regained consciousness, she said that her father, who is present petitioner, had raped her. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
