In compliance of the earlier order dated 10.9.2025, Mr. Sachin Kumar, District Basic Education Officer, Chandauli is present before this Court. He has explained in the compliance affidavit about the conduct of the petitioner, wherein every teaching and non-teaching staff of the institution has spoken against the conduct of the petitioner. At the very outset, learned counsel for respondent-B.S.A. informs that the punishment order passed against the petitioner has been revoked by speaking order dated 12.9.2025. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the aforesaid order, in case he is aggrieved by the same. The personal presence of Mr. Sachin Kumar, District Basic Education Officer, Chandauli is exempted.
