The present petition under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred by the petitioner seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take legal action against respondents No.4 & 5. 2. It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had given representation dated 12.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) but till date no action thereon has been taken. He submits that as of now, he limits the prayer to give appropriate directions to respondent No.2 - Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to decide his representation dated 12.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) expeditiously. 3. After considering the respective submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 12.07.2025 (Annexure P-1), within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
