ORDER:
The present revision is filed against the order dated 10.12.2019 in I.A.No.144 OF 2018 in A.S.No.196 of 2018 on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge – cum – Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, the cause in the revision petition does not survive. 3. The submission is placed on record. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
