The present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 has been preferred by the petitioner for deciding the representation moved by the petitioner-complainant to take action against the accused persons in FIR No.72 dated 14.06.2025 under Sections 115(2)/118/126(2)/351(2)/3(5) BNS, registered at Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur (Annexure P-1). 2. It is, inter alia, contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had given representation dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) to expedite the investigation of the above said FIR but till date no action thereon has been taken. He submits that for the purpose of this petition, the petitioner will be satisfied if directions are given to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur to consider and dispose of the representation dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 3.
