No.618 of 2025. 2.The case was registered in Cr.No.2199 of 2002 dated 12.12.2002 for the alleged offence under Section 379 I.P.C. The occurrence is said to have taken place on 12.12.2002. The accused committed theft of complainant's motor bike. It is reported that the motor bike has been recovered.
