In pursuance of the earlier order of this Court, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, which are taken on record. On the strength of the instructions, he submits that now, 13.10.2025 is the next date fixed for decision on the stay application filed along with the appeal. The instant writ petition has been filed on the ground that on the one hand, t he stay application filed along with the appeal is pending and on the other hand, coercive action has been taken against the petitioner and in case any coercive action is taken against the petitioner, filing of appeal and the stay application will be frustrated. In view of the above, since 13.10.2025 is the next date fixed for decision of the stay application, for a period of one month from today or till the decision of the stay application filing along with the appeal, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will not seek any adjournment on the date fixed.
