JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for both the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner making an application before respondent No.2- Tahsildar, to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records pursuant to the registered gift deed dated 14.01.2019 executed by the petitioner’s father, who is the khathedar of the land in question, no action has been taken by respondent No.2. Learned HCGP submits that the total extent of land held by the petitioner’s father in Survey No.12/7 of Mangadahalli, Virupakshipura Hobli, Channapatna Taluk is 3 guntas and out of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29882 WP No. 11381 of 2025 3 guntas 1 ½ guntas are gifted in favour of the petitioner under the registered gift deed, but the petitioner has not furnished the 11E sketch showing that part of the land which has been gifted in favour of the petitioner and retained by the petitioner’s father. Learned HCGP submits that the production of 11E sketch becomes mandatory in this case. 3. Learned counsel points out Annexure-E, stating it is a 11E sketch. However, this Court does not find any sketch at Annexure-E. 4. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of, permitting the petitioner to furnish the 11E sketch along with the application before the Tashsildar. If such application is filed by the petitioner along with the 11E sketch, respondent No.2 shall consider the application and pass necessary orders for mutation as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date when the application is re- 0iled by the petitioner. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29882 WP No. 11381 of 2025 Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today.
