HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 12852 of 2025 Court No. - 5 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard Sri Saurav Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Aditya Bhushan Singhal, Advocate for Respondents-2 and 3 and Sri Abhinav Shukla, Advocate for Respondent-LIC. 2. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-LIC, on basis of instructions, submits that money will be transferred to employer within two days. 3. Court takes note of a judgment passed by Division Bench, High Court of Allahabad, Bench at Lucknow in Special Appeal Defective No.208 of 2025, Neutral Citation No.2025:AHC:LKO:29958-DB and therefore, this writ p etition is disposed of with an observation that due payment of all retired employees of respondents be settled in a chronological manner i.e. oldest case to latest case including arrears of pension etc, expeditiously, though it is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondents are suffering from huge financial crisis. Only on a ground that petitioner has approached this Court, he cannot claim priority for settlement of his dues, if any, to the employees who are not before this Court.
