This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Akhirul Islam, seeking bail in Sapatgram P.S. Case No. 58/2024 registered under Sections 61(2)/119(1)/311/109 and added Section 111(2)(b) of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 25(1-A)/27 of Arms Act, wherein he was arrested on 04.01.2025 and is in custody since then.
