JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 3 25-04-2025 Heard the parties. 2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.05.2024 passed by the Hon’ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23676 of 2024. 3. On 03.05.2024 relief was granted to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 23676 of 2024 with direction to surrender and seek bail in four weeks. 4. Eight months later, the present modification petitiion came to be registered and the only reason assigned in the entire petition is about the illness.
