Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 201 of 2024 arising out of Tiruldih P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 341/447/448/307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I at Seraikella. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide B.A. No. 8363 of 2024 by order dated 04.12.2024. 4. On 24.06.2024, the petitioner is alleged to have shot the mother of the Informant causing injury 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2024. It was further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-I at Seraikella in connection with S.T.
