CMP-T No. 107 of 2025 By way of this application, the applicants No. 15(B) and 15(C) have prayed that as they have attained the age of major- ity, in these circumstances, their next friend, who was pursuing the case on their behalf, in her capacity as mother and natural guardian, i.e. respondent No. 15(A), be discharged and appli- cants No. 15(B) and 15(C) be permitted to pursue the case in their own capacity. In support of the prayer made in the applica- tion, copies of matriculation certificate of the applicants have been appended with the application as Annexures A-1 and A-2, a perusal of which shows that the applicants have attained the age of majority. No reply to the application is intended to be filed by the non-applicants. After hearing learned Counsel for the parties, the applica- tion is allowed and mother of the applicants No. 15(B) and 15(C) is discharged as their guardian and applicants No. 15(B) and 15(C) are permitted to pursue their case in their own capac- ity. The application stands disposed of. CMP-T No. 81 of 2025 This is an application filing for release of amount in favour of applicants. According to learned Counsel for the applicants, the judgment has attained finality. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the non-applicants states that the non-applicants have no objection for release of the amount. As such, this application is allowed and the award amount falling to the share of the applicants, alongwith up-to- date interest thereof, if any, is directed to be released in their favour proportionately in terms of the judgment dated 25.08.2022. The amount be remitted directly into the bank accounts of the applicants, details whereof are appended with the application. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
