Shukla, learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents. 2. Petitioner is claiming salary for the period of January 2010 to December, 2015 after a decade. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a legal issue was crystallized vide order dated 26.09.2022 passed in Special Appeal Defective No. 57 of 2022 and thereafter petitioner has approached the respondents. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of petitioner at this belated stage may not be considered. 5. I have considered the submissions. The petitioner, despite being a fence sitter, may have benefit of aforesaid judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court, therefore, his claim be considered and in case of any legal impediment, the same may be communicated to him within a short period. 6.
