1 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State . The bail petition of petitioner No. 1 has already been withdrawn vide order dated 05.02.2025 . 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Lakhan Mahto alleged that his daughter, Pramila devi was married to co-accused Dinesh Prasad in the year 1999 as per Hindu rites and after marriage all the accused persons including

It is further alleged that on 07.10.2020, informant received information from villagers that his daughter has been killed. 4. Petitioner No. 2 is mother-in -law , petitioner No. 3 is Nandosi and petitioner No. 4 is Nanad of the deceased. They are simply victim of over implications. They are separate in mess and property . There is no specific allegation is alleged against them. and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition . 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner No. 2, 3 and 4 as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P .
