The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari so as to quash the commercial acceptance letters dated 23.7.25 bearing No.ka.ha.ma./purchase/tender/755/2025-26/1 (Annexure-A), issued by the 2nd respondent in favour of 3rd respondent, dated 23/7/2025. (ii) Issue a writ of certiorari so as to quash the commercial acceptance letter dated 23.07.25, bearing No.ka.ha.ma./ purchase/tender/755/2025-26/2 (Annexure-B), issued by 2nd respondent in favour of 4th respondent. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:49237 WP No. 24094 of 2025 (iii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus, so as to divide the work under the tender notification dated 17.05.2025 and allot 1/3rd portion of work to the petitioner, as the petitioner is also lowest bidder along with respondent No.3 and 4." 2. Memo dated 21.11.2025 has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The Petitioner submits that the Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.4 have jointly submitted a request letter to the Respondent No.2 to divide the work between the Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.4 equally and allot the same to the Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.4. The Petitioner states that the petitioner has `No objection' for the said settlement between the Respondent No.3 and Respondent No.4. Hence, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above writ petition, in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
