JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 21-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar Muffasil P. S. Case No. 527 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 18 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have outraged the modesty of minor daughter of the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. There is no Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90008 of 2024(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 allegation of any sexual act against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2024 and has clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge POCSO at Buxar in connection with Buxar Muffasil P.
