The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 27.05.2025 registered as case crime no. 225 of 2025 u/s 115(2), 125, 131, 324(4), 333, 351(3), 352, 3(5) B.N.S. and 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act P.S. Rasulabad, District Kanpur Dehat.. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest the petitioners during the pendency of this writ petition." It has been stated by the Additional Government Advocate that a charge- sheet in the aforesaid case has been filed on 17.7.2025. In view of the aforesaid, the Court refrains from interfering under Article 226 and the petition is dismissed.
