After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already submitted representation dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-12) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. She contends that the petitioner would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2- Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana, Sector-5, Panchkula is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P-12) submitted by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.
