Both Ms.G.Shanthi Meenakshi and Mr.C.Veera Raahavan, who are appearing through video conferencing, state that the parties have agreed to enter into a settlement agreement on 03.03.2025. 4. Therefore, recording the agreement that has been entered into between the parties, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. The said Mediation Agreement shall form part of the records. Each of the parties shall pay the Mediator a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] within a period of four weeks from today. No costs.
