The petitioner is seeking extension of parole for a period of five weeks considering the medical incapacity of his wife and the birth of his newborn child. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been granted parole till 15.08.2025 as his wife has given birth to a child. He further submits that the child is suffering from jaundice and he wants extension of parole for further five weeks to look after his wife and newborn child. He has also referred to the medical report at Annexure P-2. 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, Addl.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 5. Heard.
