Sri.Ashok.N.Patil., learned counsel is directed to accept notice for respondent No.2. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Set aside the judgment and award dtd 25.04.2025 passed by the motor vehicles accidents claims tribunal (ssch-6) Bengaluru city in MVC No.7448/2008 annexure-a and grant such other and further relief/s as may be found fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. b. Pass any other orders that this Court deems fit, in the interest of justice. 3. What the petitioner has sought for is for setting aside the final judgement and award dated 25.04.2022 passed by the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal in MVC No.7448 of 2008.
