1. None appears for the petitioner to press this petition.
2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be Digitally signed by MOHAMMAD AADIL KHAN
2 pleased to quashed the F.I.R. no. 1281/2021 registered at P.S. Civil Lines, Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice. Alternatively and without prejudice to the prayer of quashing the F.I.R., this Hon’ble Court may assign this complaint and investigation to the superior gazetted officer to make the impartial enquiry and submit the report for the perusal of this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice.”
3. There appears to be no interim order passed in present petition. The petitioner has challenged the FIR of the present case.

Learned counsel for the State submits that as per the instruction received, charges have been framed and the trial is under progress and the evidence is being recorded by the trial Court.
5. Considering that the charges have been framed and evidence of the witnesses are being recorded, in such an advanced stage of trial we are not inclined to interfere in the matter and the petition is dismissed on this ground alone.
6. Copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and follow up action, if so required.
