(ORAL) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the qualifying petitioners’ services for the purpose of pension from the date of their appointment and to pay revised pension and arrears of revised pension along with interest. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the law in this regard stands settled by this Court in CWP-22558-2016 titled Suraj Parkash Bajaj v. State of Haryana and others; CWP-16244-2020 titled SB Dixit and others v. State of Haryana and another; and LPA-587-2021 titled State of Haryana and others v. Mohinder Kaur and others. Still, the petitioners’ claim has not been considered, nor has their legal notice, dated 23.06.2025, Annexure P-3, been decided so far. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Amit Sahni, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 23.06.2025, will be decided by the second respondent/Director, Higher Education, by passing a speaking order thereupon within a period of three months, keeping in view Aman Dua 2025.08.18 14:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judicial document CWP-23516-2025 2 the law laid down in Suraj Parkash Bajaj, SB Dixit and Mohinder Kaur case (supra). 5.
