During the course of arguments, a consensus has been arrived at between the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents that the petitioners i.e., legal representatives of original petitioner are already in litigation qua the property which is the subject matter of mutation No. 484 and 562 of village Takia, Kokernag, Anantnag, therefore, the present petition be disposed of with an observation that the rights of the contesting parties shall remain subject to outcome of the said litigation.
