“It is, therefore, prayed that the petition may kindly be allowed and the impugned First Information Report/Crime No. 294 of 2018, registered at Police Station Kotra road, District Raigarh (C.G.) and consequentially the entire charge-sheet against the petitioner may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.”
