Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application, wherein challenge has been raised quash the impugned order dated 23.02.2019, passed by learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri awarded Rs. 20,000/- per month as interim Maintenance from the date of the application as well as quashed the impugned illegal order dated 23.05.2025, by which learned Court of Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalya, Karhal, district Mainpuri has issued recovery warrants and Non Bailable Warrants against the applicant and quash the subsequent orders passed in pursuance of order dated 23.05.2025 as well as quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 27 of 2024 (Nidhi and Others Vs. Prabal and Others) under Sections 12 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, pending before the learned Additional Nyayadhikari, Gram Nyayalya, Karhal, district Mainpuri, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2. Learned AGA has no objection to the same. 3. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4. Certified copy of the documents be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant subject to furnishing of photocopy of the same.
