The petitioner contends that she has filed an application on 09.09.2022 seeking grant of agricultural lands under ex-servicemen quota, on the ground that the petitioner’s husband who died on 11.01.2018 is an ex- - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32474 WP No. 23762 of 2023 serviceman. The grievance of the petitioner is that no orders have been passed by the competent authority although the application was filed in September 2022. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the respondents No.2 and 4, to consider the application filed by the petitioner seeking grant of agricultural lands and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
