Though the order dated 30.10.2023 was passed on the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader that the land in S.No.441 is the water body, upon survey, the authorities have come to the conclusion that the land in question is patta land belonging to one individual by name Viji. Even in the Village 'A' Register, the land in question is classified as Ryotwari punjai and stands registered in the name of one R.Subramanian. Therefore, we do not find any cause for contempt. Leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 24.01.2025, the Contempt Petition is closed.
