Mr. Shyam Shankar Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-husband and submits, the parties are aggrieved by order dated 31st July, 2025 of the Family Court, rejecting their joint petition for divorce by mutual consent. There was typographical error in the petition stating separation to be five months instead of five years. The parties have separated from 23rd May, 2019.The appeal was filed in time on service made to respondent. 2. Mr. Dhirendra Prasad Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent and submits, those are the facts. 3. On query we have been shown from disclosures in the appeal papers, inter alia, orders made in November, 2019 on complaint of the wife, invoking, the amongst others, section 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860. In the circumstances, we deem it fit to dismiss the appeal, for enabling the parties or either of them to apply for review of impugned order, pointing out error apparent. 4. In view of aforesaid and for above said purpose, the appeal is dismissed.
