The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 16.08.2025 and 25.02.2025 vide Annexures "D" and "D1" respectively, wherein the petitioner has requested the respondents for payment of interest for delay in settlement of Earned Leave salary, as per the Government Order dated 21.08.2003, as per Annexure "C", and as per the Order passed by this Court in W.P.
