By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is the owner of the land bearing Khasra No. 509/1, situated at village Safribhatha P.H. No. 4 Tehsil Takhatpur District- Bilaspur (C.G.) seeking a direction towards the Sub-Registrar to provide the papers relating to registration of land owned by the petitioner on 27.10.2020. The petitioner has approached the Sub-Registrar on several occasions for copy of the documents relating to the registration of the land, however, the Sub-Registrar/respondent no. 4 is not providing the same till date. The petitioner also submitted a representation to the Collector on 30.09.2024 raising his grievance that the Sub-Registrar is not providing the copy of the papers relating to the registration of his land, however the Collector is also not taking any steps on the application filed by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that as the petitioner has already raised his grievance before the Collector on 30.09.2024 3 (Annexure P/3), necessary steps will be taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a stipulated period. 3. I have heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the representation dated 30.09.2024 submitted to the Collector, by which the petitioner is raising a grievance that paper of registration done by the Sub-Registrar is not being provided to the petitioner, in spite of the repeated requests. Hence, the Collector is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take necessary steps to release the grievance of the petitioner within a period of 45 days. 4.
