This is an application filed under Section 151 CPC for restoration of the case and recalling of order dated 26.04.2023. 2. For the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, the present application is allowed and order dated 26.04.2023 is recalled and the main case is restored to its original number and is taken on Board today itself for final disposal. Main case 1. This is a Contempt Petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for his willful violation of the order dated 22.07.2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-12190-2016 titled as “Vasant Hooda Vs. State PAWAN KUMAR 2025.09.02 14:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document CM-14082-CII-2023 in/and COCP-2441-2022 (O&M) [2] of Haryana”. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondent has submitted that in pursuance of order dated 22.07.2022, the petitioner has been reinstated in service and has been posted as District Town Planner of Sonepat Metropolitan, Development Authority and all his dues regarding salary, House Rent Allowance have been paid and his grievance regarding the Fixed Medical Allowance has also been met. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that certain other amounts including the amount on account of Leave Travel Concession have not been paid but has submitted that the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings after giving the relevant provisions of law and relevant details for any claim which still might be due as per the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid. 5. It is made clear that in case any such proceeding is instituted, it would be open to both the parties to raise all the pleas, as are available to them, in accordance with law. 6.
