The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 353, 504, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner along with others created obstacle at the time of demolition of illegal construction of hotel in forest reserve area and snatched mobile phone of the J.C.B. operator and fled away. 4.
