Learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the counsel representing the respondents have arrived at a consensus that the present petition be disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner which is pending before the appellate authority and till then, the orders in respect of demolition and sealing of the premises in question be not acted upon. 2. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of by directing the Appellate Authority to make all possible endeavors to dispose of the appeal pending before it as expeditiously as possible and till the decision is made by the Appellate Authority, the orders in respect of sealing and demolition of the premises in question shall not be acted upon. 3. Needles to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as available under law in the event the petitioner suffers any adverse orders at the hands of the appellate authority. 4.
