Heard Sri Jaideep Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Shahrukh, Advocate for Respondents-2 and 3. 2. Petitioner has claimed that he is entitled for consideration of promotion from Group ‘D’ to Group ‘C’ in terms of Government Order dated 04.12.2001, which is placed on record and for that purpose petitioner has filed a representation dated 31.05.2022 duly received in the office of concerned respondent. Learned counsel also submits that thereafter a joint representation was also filed, however, till date claim of petitioner and similarly situated other employees, is not considered. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in case petitioner has legally permissible claim for consideration for promotion, his claim as well as claim of similarly situated other employees will be considered strictly in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on basis of above assurance given by learned counsel for respondents, the writ petition may be disposed of. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of above submissions, especially the assurance given by learned counsel for respondents, this writ petition is disposed of.
