The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the first information report dated 15.08.2025 vide Case Crime No. 392 of 2025, under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 76, 333, 109(1), 352, 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha) & 3(2)(v) The Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015), Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
