Hon’ble Alok Mahra, J. Mr. D. Barthwal, learned counsel for the appellants. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellants submits that Special Appeal in this matter is not maintainable in view of the judgment of this Court passed in Hotel Urvashi vs. Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited and Another, reported in 2020 SCC OnLine Utt. 1350. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that, in fact, in the writ petition, challenge was made to an order passed by Electricity Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited, Kumaon Zone, Haldwani. The writ petition was dismissed and, now in view of Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Rule of the Court, Special Appeal is not maintainable. 4. Since Special Appeal is not maintainable, the same stands dismissed accordingly. (Alok Mahra, J.) (Ravindra Maithani, J.) 22.09.2025 BS
